As the founder of Activate Your Influence LLC and Conversate Peer Groups, Rodney lead a team of professionals who work with business owners, executives, and leadership teams to clarify vision, develop people, and create organizations where both culture and performance thrive.
Drawing from years of consulting, faith-centered leadership, and real-world experience inside family businesses and skilled-trades companies, Rodney writes with a conversational, practical voice—inviting leaders to live with purpose rather than pressure, conviction rather than chaos, and influence rather than authority.
